Call to order the regular meeting by the president Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Review and approval of Previous Meeting Minutes A. April 7, 2025 .3. Time for Public Comment—Council President will announce that there is a 5-minute limit on each public comment. Comments will only be spoken at lectern (podium). Resident will say his/her name and make their comments. At the end of your comments or end of time, please politely set down and remain quiet. There will be no comments made from the audience unless person is recognized by Council President. Before speaking, please say your (his/her) name. Council will listen to all comments, but these comments must be presented in an orderly and timely fashion. Council President at his discretion may terminate any public comments to move the meeting forward. 4. Solicitor’s ReportNeed bids for Pottsville Street and BuildingUpdate on amended floodplain ordinanceReview draft Agreement with Herndon Reload.184 Riverside Lane does have a shed in violation, not the trailer 5. Secretary’s ReportSent yearly audit to DCEDBarry said about donating a mailbox just for drop off, for the Borough. Hopefully to avoid what happened with 2 bids that we did not get.Grant money has been cleared for Pottsville Street Improvements.I need an experienced person to come in and look at this computer. Now I don’t have sound. Any suggestions. Alexis Opio - Sent letter about trash can on sidewalk. She has no were else to put it. Stephanie Kohr at 204 Riverside Lane e-mailed that she corrected the propane tank issue. My last day in the office for a few weeks will be May 5, 2025. 6. Mayor’s Report 7. Employees Report A. Playground – Mike Cotner 1 Hand railing will cost around $2,700.00 2 Maybe look into Grants for the Playground Area (Playground, Tennis and Basketball Courts) B.
